Countries throughout the world have dedicated to enhancing self-help, mutual help, and government assistance mechanism. Self-help and mutual help, meanwhile, are the top priority.

  • Assistance in promoting disaster preventions to the scales of family, community, campus, and corporation, thus motivating more people to join the task of disaster prevention.
